Our Beliefs

We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired, perfect and complete Word of God.

We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and perfect.

He is the eternal Son of God, was 100% God, born of a Virgin, & sinless

Isa. 7:14; 9:6; Luke 1:35; John 1:1-2, 14; II Cor. 5:19-21; Gal. 4:4-5; Phil. 2:5-8

His actions paved the only way for us to have a relationship with God

Acts 2:18-36; Rom. 3:24-25; I Peter 2:24; Eph. 1:7; I Peter 1:3-5

He reveals to a person their need for a relationship with God & secures all believers eternally.

John 16:8-11; Rom. 8:9; I Cor. 12:12-14; II Cor. 3:6; Eph. 1:13-14

He reveals & assists each believer as they study the Scriptures

Eph. 1:17-18; 5:18; I John 2:20, 27

He calls specific individuals and equips them with gifts & talents, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to train believers in order that they can do the work of the ministry

Rom. 12:3-8; I Cor. 12:4-11, 28; Eph. 4:7-12

He gave specific gifts in the past that served the church temporarily.

I Cor. 1:22; 13:8; 14:21-22

We were created in the image of God, but due to sin, became alienated from God.  On our own we cannot become right with God through religious experiences or works of our own hands.

Gen. 1:26-27; Rom. 3:22-23; 5:12; 6:23; Eph. 2:1-3; 4:17-19

Mans only hope of a relationship with God is through Jesus Christ.  The good things we do for others cannot get us into heaven.

There are only 2 ingredients for a person to start a relationship with God.  Faith in Jesus Christ & repentance.

He is coming back for His Children.

Both are real literal places that we must choose between during our life time. The choice is made by placing our faith in or rejecting Jesus Christ.
